Recommendation of Base Design

The so-called optimal aperture is to obtain the maximum prestress in the installation process. The way to start determining the appropriate aperture is: = 0.8 x D1 (see figure). Some special occasions may require appropriate adjustments. For example, the material modulus is different, the forming conditions are different, the die design is different, the location from the injection port, the structural heterogeneity of the fusion line, or the quantity of recycled materials. We recommend testing the original sample to ensure the best results.
