When using high strength steel or structural parts, we recommend "COMRAY" series of screw, which is made of high strength alloy steel. Firstly, it is heat treated to hardness HRC 33-39 and tempered. Then, the screw guide part is treated to minimum hardness HRC 45 by induction quenching (high frequency quenching). Non-electroplating or surface treatment is better.
